Cancellation
A non-refundable fee of £20.00 (per room) deposit is taken at time of booking. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days before the arrival date/time are without additional charge. Thereafter the total value of the booking will be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 hours' notice. Payments made by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge.
Children and Extra Beds
Children under four are free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots are free of charge. Maximum capacity of extra baby cots in a room is one. Children under 12 are charged a fifty percent discount. Extra beds for adults are charged at regular rates. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is one.
Non-smoking
To protect the health of all our guests, we are a non-smoking hotel.
Pets
We do not accept pets, except for guide dogs and other certified service animals for persons with disabilities.
Single Occupancy of a Double or Twin Room
Single occupancy of a double or twin room is subject to an additional charge of £10 per night.
