Disabled Access
There are five steps to enter the hotel, due to restrictions we do not currently have wheelchair access to the building. Once you arrive in the hotel, a lift provides access to all rooms. As we are a Grade II historical hotel, presently we are limited in the changes we can make to offer additional accessibility. Please let us know if you have specific needs and we will do our best to assist you.

Dietary Accommodations
Upon request and with pre-arrangement, we will do our best to accommodate any special diet considerations you may have.

Going Green
We’re doing what we can to be Green, and we’ll continue moving this direction as time goes on. We try to help the planet by recycling, sourcing local produce whenever possible, serving Fair Trade tea, coffee, and chocolate.

Internet
Wireless internet is available free of charge in the public areas of the hotel.

Office Services
Fax and photocopying services are available on request.

Reservations at Eastbourne Facilities
Upon request, we can make restaurant and theatre, or other Eastbourne entertainment reservations, for you.

Storage Extras
Clubs and sports groups sometimes need for extra equipment storage. For example, our cycling-club guests have stored cycles over night inside the hotel. Upon request and with pre-arrangement, we can offer such additional storage for your special items. Please let us know what you need when you make your reservation.

TV Lounge
In addition to the bar and library, please enjoy our TV lounge in the company of friends and other guests. (In case you want more private time, all rooms also have colour TV.)
