Restaurant And Bar

Our restaurant and function suite has recently been rebuilt and refurbished with new toilet facilities and a new bar plus a stage and dance floor area and offers comfortable and pleasant surroundings in which to enjoy your meals and twice weekly entertainment and cabaret programme.
This new suite makes an ideal space in which to hold events, meetings and conferences and seats up to 80 theatre style and 65 for formal dining. The function suite is self contained and has a separate direct entrance from street

We're proud of our cuisine and under the direction of our professional chef--our restaurant serves delicious, home-cooked, traditional English food, using fresh, local produce.
For those who enjoy wine with dinner, we also offer an interesting and comprehensive wine list and we'll be glad to make recommendations.
You can choose to have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant but at any time you can enjoy a light meal or lunchtime snack in the bar.

Breakfast
For those who choose breakfast, we serve a home-cooked, traditional English breakfast in the restaurant from 8:30 am to 9:30. If you prefer lighter fare, in addition to tea and coffee we also have cereals, fruit, and toast.

Dinner
For those who choose dinner, when you arrive we’ll ask you to complete a dinner request card. You can choose from a wide variety of entrees, including meat, fish, and vegetarian options.
Our food is cooked to order and uses only the freshest local ingredients. Our chef is a fabulous cook and you'll probably want to try a variety of entrees.
Dinner is served in the restaurant from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Special Occasions and Packages
At holidays, we offer festive and memorable menus that highlight the season and products from local food purveyors.
Upon request and by pre-arrangement, we can also provide special dinners. For example, we can provide birthday and wedding dinners, or we can provide a special menu for a group dinner. Please let us know what you need!

Bar

Throughout the day you can relax in our classic bar and enjoy a variety of drinks and lighter refreshments. Lunch--and other light meals--are available any time you are!

On select evenings we offer musical entertainment in the bar.

Wireless internet is available free of charge in the bar.

Booking Terms

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation
No fees for cancellation up to two days before arrival date. Late cancellations will be charged for the first night only. (and no-shows) full amount for the length of stay will be charged.

Children and Extra Beds
Children under four are free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots are free of charge. Maximum capacity of extra baby cots in a room is one. Children under 12 are charged a fifty percent discount. Extra beds for adults are charged at regular rates. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is one.

Non-smoking
To protect the health of all our guests, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Pets
We do not accept pets, except for guide dogs and other certified service animals for persons with disabilities.

Single Occupancy of a Double or Twin Room
Single occupancy of a double or twin room is subject to an additional charge of £10 per night.
